Recovery and recycling of industrial waste

Complete industrial waste management schemes for the drilling sites (provision of different types of waste containers, can crushers / PET shredders, transfer centers and recovery of industrial waste for recycling). All services and recycling activities are monitored and documented according to international waste legislation.

Treatment of drilling sludge on oil drilling sites

Biological treatment

Stirring operations with power mixer and injection of BIOS® environmental friendly, non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-corrosive, non-flammable, pollution removal product, in compliance with the highest environmental standards.

BIOS® complies with the strictest European norms and OSPAR / SKIM requirements, including in CHEMR® listing.

Operation can be finished onsite in two days.

Thermal treatment

By GEM1000 unit, mounted on a 14,5m trailer and operated by diesel fuel,

Treating of cuttings onsite with remediated soils filled back into the pit. Unit can be setup and operational in one day, with drilling sludge remediation in one week per pit.
